Its Snowing in our Parks!

Unread postby Addo Elephant » Tue Jun 15, 2010 1:22 pm

It's very cold here in the Frontier Region Parks...we have snow in three of our Parks

And in Mountain Zebra National Park -

And in Camdeboo National Park - still awaiting photos of the Valley of Desolation under snow.

In Addo Elephant National Park, we received some more welcome rain - over 20 mm last night and early this morning.

Oh wow - that is surely unusual to have snow in 3 of the Parks at once? Must look really special. Thanks for sharing the pics Megan

Also so pleased Addo has had more rain.

You do not know what you are up to  It is cold, wet and gets dirty! It might look nice as a phenomenon, but snow = cold and after a couple snow balls and a snow man with coal as eyes and a carrot as nose..........

Thank you Megan looks very..... :hmz: Unusual

Theuns, in december I'll bring a bag full of snow for you only
