These are great pictures Jan and it looks like that young lioness does not really know which dove she should persue! I have come to the conclusion that there is just NO other place where one can see interaction with these wild animals like in the Kgalagadi! Not even Kruger, Chobe or any of the other WILD places! Thank you for posting these great images.

NetEk had to come to the rescue or else it would have been one very flat scorpion....... Can you believe some people don't like them and want to kill them on site.

Luckily for this one I could intervene and relocate her to a place saver for her.
She (yes I decided it's female, only a woman can get a grown man to scream like a girl) was no trouble picked her up with a piece (large I'm not that brave) of cardboard and found a quite (especially after the screaming) place under a rock.
