Hi Jo,

I will agree with you on Leeudril. The dune looks closer as I can remember, but the best fit for the south.

the waterhole is definitley Leeudril (without the leopard(s) we saw there :P )

Yes it was indeed Leeuwdril (without the leopard, which is still in the area).

I totally agree, Gavin. I also can't believe the time flew so quickly.
Looked for you at Nossob, what vehicle did you go with? We only stayed there one night, so I didn't have much time to chat to people, was busy finding the owls in the camp.

We didn't see any game at Leeudril, unfortunately, but the rest of the park made up for it. We saw amazing sights at some of the waterholes, maybe the next quizz will be the one that I recognize :D

Sorry we missed you as well. We were in a silver Isuzu (with ayellow ribbon on the roof) camping close to the fence.
Will be doing a trip report once our feet touch the ground and we wade through the thousands of pics!!

Did you find the Scops owls??? we didn't :redface:

We found WF Scops at Nossob, on the right hand side, outside the chalets that are on the extreme right of the camp, and also at MataMata, at their usual roost. There were 2, but they didn't want to open their eyes, one just hissed when s o tried to take pics.
