The Saffies around might have heard rather an amusing advert for a certain coffee and muffin outlet. It ends with the statement that they can serve all needs, both the rise and shiner and morning whiner.

What are you?

Lets have a bit of fun.

In Kruger, most of us are possibly rise and shiners, but maybe not all. :hmz:

I tend to get up before the birds, so by 4 pm I am a grumpy git. At six, I am half human again.

Always a rise and shiner, tend to have a mid-afternoon low and TV is the best sleep medicine yet discovered

But - when I wake up in front of the goggle box, I,m ready to go again

I tend to agree Billy

Anything to do with statistics sends me to sleep in an instant.

I ALWAYS RISE early but am not always a shiner  unlike my SO and LO they could sleep until midday and then some more, if we have to be somewhere by 6am, I have to start the waking up process at 4.30am because waking them up is like trying to wake up the dead

For me it depends on what is happening! Sometimes it is "I'll rise but I refuse to shine" and other times I am chomping at the bit ready to go.....

a 'twiner' it is an inbetweener
I would classify myself here as well as I don't wake early myslef (need a alarm for that but I don't whine about it I get out of bed, put the kettle on and then go shower) :hmz:

I'm a morning whiner normally, but coffee helps. :) On vacation where animals wait for no man, I'm up early!
