Now let the fun begin with some party snacks...
Amarula Fudge

1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
3 tbs cocoa powder
3 tbs cornstarch
1 cup Amarula cream liqueur
¼ tsp salt
3 tbs unsalted butter - if you use salted then leave out the ¼ tsp salt
3 tbs peanut butter

On top of stove at low heat, mix the first 6 ingredients until smooth and slightly thickened.
Add the butter and peanut butter.
Stir until smooth.
It will start to thicken pretty quickly.
Pour into a greased square pan.
Cool at room temperature then cover and put in fridge.
Cut into little squares

Amarula Cheesecake.

Ingredients
250gm Digestive Biscuits
100gm Butter
600gm Cream Cheese
300ml Double Cream (whipped)
100gm Icing Sugar
25ml Amarula (more if desired!!)

Method
For the base, melt the butter, crush the biscuits and add the crushed biscuits to the melted butter.
Put into a 18cm/7in springform tin and press down.
For the top, put the cream cheese into a bowl, and whip. Add the Amarula and icing sugar and mix well. Fold in the whipped double cream and mix until smooth.
Put in the fridge for at least 3 hours to set.

Heksie I did say "more if desired!!" and I always desire more

Amarula Coffee

Open the amarula and take a swig to ensure it has not gone off.
Repeat until absolutely sure.
Boil the kettle.
Put coffee in mug.
Get milk & sugar ready.
Pour boiling water into mug 3 quarters up.
Fill mug with amarula.
Have another swig of amarula to ensure there is enough for next time. If not, finish the bottle and pour a little milk into it. Swish it around and drink it.
Put sugar & milk away.
Switch telly onto rugby/football/cricket.
Enjoy coffee.

BB I will try that recipe next time, I'm just worried that after a few swigs to ensure my Amarula's freshness that I won't have any left to put in my coffee
