@ ALL 'mites! Take the Test!

Take the test!

Take the test!!

It relies on your honesty - and here is the challenge:

Read the next line and reply immediately. No searching, hard thinking, googling ...

Do you know the emergency number to call if you see any suspicious activity in Kruger, or want to report what you suspect could be someone linked to poaching?

Type the number as your reply, or type 'no' if you do not know.

And .... GO!

(At Cricket@Skukuza, all those at the dinner were given this test, and so credit for the idea must go to Lucy Nhlapo, Regional General Manager , Marula Region. She even awarded a lovely prize of a free weekend in the park, with activities to the person who could answer first! )

No, because my memory is rubbish these days, but it is programmed into my phone, along with all the other emergency numbers, and also in the front of my Kruger Map Book, and my Bird ID book!!!

My phone is almost always turned off, before some smart Alec makes a point, but can be turned on in a second to access the number. :D :D

Also on the entry permit? :hmz:

No, but the Kruger entry permit is always at hand when needed and the number is on the permit :) .

I think thats the anti poaching number. Not sure if you refering to this one?
At the end of it all you don't want to go into the grave peacefully and quietly in well preserved body... You want to go sort off skidding in sideways, full of bruises and scratches saying: "Man what a ride!!!"
