Evening v's. Hope everyone's weekend is off to a great start

Spargs I'm soooooo jealous, I"ve started looking for tentative bookings for September, but getting cancellations is tricky especially since I can't convince my mum to camp and the only other affordable accommodation is huts which are rather scarce in the school holidays :wall: :wall:

Kallis, the best place to be is the driver's seat. Our last trip was my first experience and it changes your view of the park. You get to drive at the speeds you want and stop for anything and everything although it's sometimes tricky trying to decide whether to look at the bush or the road :hmz:

Cheets I actually walked up to the lady and the man at the stall and veered of at the last second. I couldn't believe my spinelessness either :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall: You have such a friendly face I'm sure I won't be intimidated :|

Hi.

Wow, So now I am super excited to be on the drivers seat in Kruger, and hopefully I will see Wild Dogs as well Spargs.

Cheetah, by that response, I think I am in for some great sightings at night.

Alright people, so 17 days till I fly and 19 days till am in Kruger :D

But before that I am going to watch South Africa vs India on Thursday.

Agree with Spargs and Sleepyowl, drivers seat is the best spot to be the only downside being, as Sleepyowl said, trying to decide whether to look into the bush or at the road!

Kallis, still so envious! (well, now about the cricket too   ) Going to write a trip report, right?

Ranred, My TR's  so far I have only written one, and got a name called the Suspense King  so yes there will be a TR, but beware

Dont be envious, my life throughout the year is boring anyway, it gets exciting in May every year and it carries on until September after which it gets boring again.

Hahah warning noted, but a risk willing to take!
Even if boring at times, and exciting for the remainder, going to Kruger- Flippen' epic

Tell me about it, my sister and I are going on a trip in September that we recently booked, I managed to get a night at Skukuza, Satara and the Berg en dal. Keeping my eyes peeled for a 2nd night at Satara or Safari tents at Lower Sabie

Hopefully we fair better against India than we did against Pakistan

I have decided to follow on of our Fellow Vee's tradition of growing a red beard for a Winter Kruger trip

Good Evening V's. I am Super Super Super Excited.

South Africa vs India 2mrw for the opening game and I'll be in Cardiff to watch the Proteas beat India

Spargish, we really had a poor outing against Pakistan, hopefully we will bring our A Game tomorrow. I am hoping amongst hope that Dale Steyn is fit for action tomorrow.

Happy Friday Vee's

One week and I am off to 2 nights at Balule and 1 night at Pskop

Well we didnt do so well in the cricket now did we Kallis ??? If we bowled better it we could have one, its rather sad that Kleinveldt and Tsotsobe are playing badly when we have a guy like Chris Morris sitting at home doing nothing.

Hope you all have a good week end

Howzit V's!!!! :D

The drivers seat is by far the best place to be in the Park :D I'm driving Kirsten and I for an all day visit to Rietvlei on tomorrow :D she is packing a nice picnic lunch for us and everything!! gonna take our bird books, binocs, and have the best time :)

Spargs I am glad you are on the winter beard!!! Good man  I started on 1June and you must see how quickly it has grown!!! Haha. Kirsten said iv grown more in a week than most 50 year olds can in a year. Lol!! I think a big red fiery beard will soon be there! :D

The cricket last night was very disappointing. :( major problems with our bowling, and our mental state in run chases as well. I think kleinveld should definitely wear a bra when he plays. For the mental health of the viewers can someone please sponsor him a bra!!

Good Evening V's. Another weekend has arrived.

Cheetah Hope you enjoy your weekend out.

Spargs almost time.

That was a poor performance by the boys, On top of that Morne Morkel is injured, Kleinveldt was the worst choice in selection, I would have preferred Marchent De Lange over Rory any day. I dont understand why do selectors pick him after all these poor performances. Morris is picked for Morkels replacement and after yesterdays performance even if Steyn is back, we will struggle, Lopsy and Co will have pull up their socks. I would prefer playing an extra batsmen, and get Faf and JP to bowl their part timers.

For the time being, hope the BOKS win tomorrow.

Enjoy your weekend V's.

Good Night :D

Morning V's!! :D

And greetings from a very cold Joburg  two jerseys and a jacket to keep me warm :slap:

Well done to the Proteas last night  Our score could have been higher, but we got runs on the board and that caused scoreboard pressure for the Paki's  Well bowled
Now to beat the Windies on Friday 8)
