Hey guys.

I've been neglecting the forums as I had to work like crazy before going on leave. But I've just arrived at Punda. Crested guineafowls pecking around outside, nice warm weather. Life is good!

It seems everyone is in a park of some sort at the moment, or about to be. Hope you all enjoy yourselves!

I have been specially commissioned by all the moderators to check on you youngsters. Word goes around that you are not doing what is expected of you. The Deans of all the faculties of all the Universities are of the opinion that most of you should be barred from posting anything here unless you can prove that you spend sufficient time in front of the books instead of talking nonsense here.

So, 65% will be the norm henceforth and unless you achieve this, the 'Varsity Student Forumites' will be closed and locked. (Sorry, there will be no discussion about this) :D

The BOKS have WON it

England gave me a huge scare in the 2nd half though but a hard earned victory.

First year, passed 6 out of 6, so I thought the degree course will be a walk in the park.
Second year, 4 out of 8. 'O donner'
Third year, 6 out 9.
Fourth year, 9 out of 9 :imsmilin:

Enjoy the Father's Day for those who are fathers already and for those that are not, I hope that you will treat your dads with some nice presents. My kids gave me a Roberts book about Southern African birds' nests and eggs.

Heyyyyyyyyy V's

Its been mightily quiet here  But that is understandable since everyone is away! I've been having a lovely time with Heksie in Pilansberg 8) Its a pity the sightings picked up for me now that she is away :slap: It seems my dad attracts luck

Good Evening V's :yaya:

Hope everyone had a fab Sunday and Fathers Day. It is days like today that brings tears to my eyes  because I miss my dad a lot. 1 week left for me to board that aircraft and fly to South Africa. Really wish this week flies by so I can see my dad.

Cheetah, hope you had lots of great sightings.

Hi all!

Not a student anymore...but 26 and working @UP now. We came back Sunday 10th of June from an awesome trip to Kruger's north (Tsendze and Punda). We were pleasantly surprised with the amount of game (esp buffalo) up there. Can't wait for the next trip!
