I'm an Information Analyst at a large American IT outsourcing company, currently working on a UK government account. Currently migrating huge amounts of data from various old systems into a bright shiny new one.
Typical me, I moved from an account where I could surf the internet all day to one with no internet access at all - then discover the webcam!

My most important job has been the raising of our two sons who are now completing their degrees at varsity.
For money to go to Kruger (and pay for varsity fees) I work with my husband in our liquor (retail) and property businesses doing some of the necessary (boring) admin.

I trained as an ecologist, and even had the privelege of working in the Park about 14 years ago. I then moved into the private game reserves (Sabi Sands) as an ecologist and guide before getting into tourism where I now do sales and marketing for a game lodge in the Lowveld. Quite a path from ecologist to marketing....
I also do part time lecturing at Damelin Lowveld campus.

I teach swimming in our family run swimschool. As we live in Durban on the East Coast of SA we have very mild weather so we teach right through the year. We have a heated pool and all of us myself, my husband and our daughter are involved. We save frantically right through the year so that we can go twice annually to KNP. Unfortunately because of the swimschool we are limited to going away during school holidays! Luckily our son is a Game Ranger so we often get to visit with him at the luxury lodge where he is employed!

I am coordinator of the budgeting process of a big banking group in france. this is a new job, I started in march. My boss is completely crazy, he feels invested of a kind of divine mission to help people do their job even if they don't want to receive any help so I spend my time doing things of no use that people don't want to hear of .... well that's it, nothing exciting but enough money to go to SA once in a while
