Century (from the Latin centum, meaning one hundred; abbreviated c.) is one hundred consecutive years. Centuries are numbered ordinally in English and many other languages.

Objects, several of - placed upon a tray, observed and memorised for a couple of minutes, then covered whilst the observers write down what they remember, is an old game played by children all over the world and was adapted from Rudyard Kipling's book Kim by the Boy Scouts and Girl Guides.

Guides are often erroneously called rangers.

Rangers from USA were trained, in jungle warfare during WW2, by Lord Wingate's Chindits.

Chindits were a special force that served in Burma and India in the 1940’s during the Burma Campaign and I guess Kruger was still open during that time for people who wanted to go on a Safari to see lions

Lions there were a-plenty during those years and now there are two types of Lions - four-legged in Kruger and two-legged in Australia :twisted:

Australia is where I will be heading on Wednesday, which is very sad because there is no country like this country.
