Exciting new compact equels modern DSLR

Unread postby bert » Sun Aug 31, 2014 4:36 pm

At last. The first series of compact (so-called bridge camera's) with a big sensor allowing much more iso then before without showing in the image
Bridge Camera's allowed up to ISO 400 to still have fine details.
There are 2 new ones on the market
Panasonic DMC-FZ1000 and Sony's Cyber-shot DSC-RX10.
Both with a 1 inch sensor and extreme good video.
Me being a panasonic compact bridge fan i would opt for the Panasonic
And it has a more suited wildlife lens. Up to 400 mm.
Both are rather expensive but then you have all in one with much better quality then the older bridge cameras
