Border and Name on photographs

Hey guys, please can you help me. I am looking to put borders around all my favorite pitures, as well as my name on the bottom. can anyone tell me how to do that please? is there freeware that can do that etc??

The new Picasa can do that for you. It is free.

I use a program called "Photoscape". It is free and you can add borders and also add text on the photos.

Just type the name in google.

I have installed "Photoscape" and it works great, especially the batch processing!

That works both offline and online.
