Enjoying the night sounds in Letaba. Beautiful camp, bit busy, but no noisy customers. Picked pensioners area. :D Saw g'raf, impies, zebs. bushbuck came to say hi earlier.

Quiet and dark at balule. Visited the local hyena den this morn. Saw 3 pups. Saw a herd of buff close at Gudzani. 3/5 on big 5 for us. Leop and rhino still to tick. 1 lion & lioness was spotted at the lower bridge outside camp. we missed them. Heard them roaring from early morn to about 07.00. Hyenas out and calling. Proost!

O, it is a pity not seeing the big 5, but hey, it isn't the only great animals in the park.

The Honey Badgers where quite a way down the road, and moving so fast Reinette did not even have time to zoom in. The only pic we have is not very clear. From the colouring you can make out it is a HB, but not much else.

They where playing along the side of the road and I first though them to be dwarf mongoose. Then I realised what I was looking at. They dissapeared with in seconds.
