Oops - I meant we had seen the big 5 in one day, we missed out on the rhino on the night drive, but saw them in the morning.

My god impyim thanks for letting us join this sunset drive, and what a drive it has been. :D

Lovely big elephant herd, honey badger, serval, African wild cat, hyena pups, 2 leopards, lioness (shame that she appeared to be badly injured)

Great that you get to spend some time with your granddaughter in such a marvelous place, enjoy!!

What a wonderful sunset drive with such a great variety of animals with awesome pictures impyim! A big herdof Ellies in a hurry, a very busy Honey Badger, Hippo, cute little Hyenas and to top it all, Leopard in a tree! Then there are more that you didn't get pictures of! A very successful drive I would say!

:gflower: to your Granddaughter and friend. With young people like that, we can feel happier about the future.

That really was a superb night drive. You were rewarded with marvelous sightings. I loved the Honey Badger. I am sure that it gave moments of good entertainment... as for the Hyenas...very, very cute.. in a Hyena kind of way.

impyim, most enjoyable TR and just love those adorable lions cubs in the previous episode. :D :D :D

I managed to get a late ticket for the drive on the truck. :D
I agree, that herd of elephant was quite sizeable and must have been excellent to watch.

You had some great sightings on your drive - honey badger, hippos and then a leopard - WOW.

The last time we went on a sunset drive at Satara, it started to rain mid way and it became quite cold and unpleasant, but managed to enjoy it anyway. :D
