Thank you all for the kind comments

We saw our first Hyenas near Urikaruus relaxing in the shade. Over the next few days they stayed at the same place.

Young Hyena.

The light was harsh but love the effect.

Thank you all for the comments and joining me on our fantastic trip.

We saw our first Lion in the Mata Mata area resting in the shade.

Image

Another first for me,on many trips to KTP was this young and lonely Warthog.

Image

It is not always about the large animals and we spotted a Ground agama on his favorite spot scanning the area for predators.t

Image

Goshawk take off against a beautiful cloud background.

Image

Our first Giraffe on our trip.

Image

There is a large colony of breeding Vultures in the Mata Mata area.

That lion is really lazy and has a real 'take me home face', but we know... :cam:

The 'blou-koppie' doing a balancing act - love the great setting.

And the guy that looks as if he is loitering...

Brilliant variety of animals and thank you for sharing, Jan

Gorgeous Agama, beautiful colours. I am sure quite a delicacy on many diets. Being a mouse, and low on the food chain, I can quite relate to this little critter.
