Have only just jumped on board for this TR, so glad I have not missed it altogether. As can be expected from you Jan, BREATHTAKING images. So hard to single out any, but the honey badger and brownie pics are just stunning,. Looking forward to more.

The Unie End waterhole is perfect for a morning shoot. As usual all the Sandgrouses visit the waterhole every morning.

Red-billed Quelea turn

To be continued...one of my aims was to photograph Meerkats posing, with a perfect low angle background (Suricates) ...

fabulous brown hyena pics! Great colors and great focus on the eyes!

I particularly love the first pic of the sandgrouses against the blue sky! Great job.

May be it is the Meerkat Manor program, but for many years one of my aims was to photograph the little Meerkats. On our previous visits they were always just too far or we could not find them.

Will post my dream images of them over the next few days.

Everything was perfect - light,poses and with a perfect background.

Enjoy and hopefully understand why I am so happy with my dream images.

Oh the meerkats are so cute! And I DO understand why these images are so special... I've also never had a good photographic/close enough sighting of these guys. And let's be honest - they beg to be photographed! :lol:
