What an incredible and special start to your report Aat,
to witness something like that in the park is indeed a moment to be cherished & remembered for ever.
I know for next few trips, I will always wonder if one of the Impala we see in that area is perhaps your "Gomondwane" :D
Thanks so much for sharing it with us!

Hi Aat. We have right now had the privilege of living some of that amazing birth with you and Elly. The unspeakable magic of that moment is a window into the extraordinary perfection of Creation. The pure mutual love of that impala mother and her newly-birthed baby for each other is so exceptional that, even witnessing it in still photography, it brings tears to the eyes. What could be more beautiful than a birth! You were accorded one of Kruger's great gifts; a favour we hope to one-day also experience. Thank you for sharing this Godly moment with us.

Hello Aat. Just started reading your report and what a story to begin with. Your pictures and words tell the story so well, it almost feels like being there with you. Thanks so much for sharing. I'll be on board for the coming 4 weeks before heading for 3 weeks kruger ourselves. Your story's warming us up.

OWN,
First of all it was super to meet you (both) , first on the S100 and later on in Satara camp.
Reading your comment...no much to add , your words are beautiful and expressing the sighting as it was.
Hope you both had a great time in the north after we split.

Thanks adw,
It was idd very very special...and because of respect I tried to make no noise with making pics...even I did not think about moving my car for even a bit better view ... Never thought this miracle was so breathtaking if you see it just in front of you...
