reversing quickly was not quick enough to get a decent pic ....lion walked into the bush....crossed the river bed....could see him on the other side briefly between the bushes.....

We had been in the park for a day and a half before we saw our first Zebra.....then there were plenty

Yes yoda ....it was the year of many parks ...normally just 1 or 2
good experience gained ... :D

Just before the Sweni road turn off we had a sighting on both sides of the road and stopped an on-coming vehicle to point out both .... they replied that there was a huge herd of buffs down the next road.

They were not joking....
