A Striped Crake would have had a lot of people very excited but even so an African crake is not common or rather is common but near impossible to find.
Those are great photies W@H, nothing like playing with a new toy, kind of brings the kid in you out.

I could not take many pics even if I had tried, cause I was constantly sitting with 2 castles(mine and W@H's) in my hands and binocs held between my feet.

Just remember that come saturday, if I go down you will go down with me. We are gonna have to do some serious KYA to get ourselves outa trouble with said angel. You really got me deep into the rhino toilet this time around young man!

BTW W@H, from now on you will always be my gaffer boy and camera man when I go to the Park. You did a great job.

Eisshhh!!!! Eventually got through 12 pages of I don’t know what but did managed to find a shorthand trip report in there somewhere.

It seems from the amount of Castles you consumed that you saw plenty of pink elephants, toilets and even polar bears. WTM got involved in a new hobby called CRAFT and I dare not ask what that is. Among a ton of empty beer cans they did see some birds and animals.

I’ll not mention certain dogs spotted by them as I still don’t believe they exist in the Park anymore.

All-in-all it seemed you guys enjoyed yourself and it seems that 4 Castles take the shake right out of W@H’s hands that enables him to take decent photos

This 'trip report' thread is a forum classic and I feel should not be swept :D
