I just wonder :hmz: who is going to eat who - the heron the fish or the fish the heron or just maybe, it is a family pack...

From the 'giant' to the tiny ones...two Pied kingfishers...the other one will try his luck in stealing it...

These Goliath and Grey herons are really testing one's patience as they can stand for hours on one spot letting you believe they are going to catch something any minute, then you wait and wait and wait....To capture such a moment is brilliant. :dance:

During Des'12, I got this scenic/landscape 270 degrees view of Lake Panic...

The front facing as you enter the hide...

It is always amazing and captivating to see how these Pied kingfishers can hang in the air for some time before they took the dive...
