The closest I can get Jan is a Buffy Pipit. Maybe one of the Stiff Necks can help us out here? Beautiful picture!

Jan - if I'm not mistaken - this is a Tawny-flanked Prinia or "Bruinsylangstertjie". My first ID of this bird was at Lake Panic (if I remember correctly), and I've seen them there often playing in the reeds since. Do the other stiffnecks agree? :hmz:
