We spent about 30 minutes with these guys in April about 2km along the S114 from Skukuza and I was sure that they would make a kill. The video quality isn’t very good, because it was dark and the SO filmed through the windscreen of the car for most of it, but if you look carefully towards the end of the clip you will see an impala run across the road with the dogs behind it. (This clip also required some serious editing  )

I’m sure that we have all had sightings where an idiot stuffs it up. This was on the already overcrowded Skukuza/Lower Sabie road and a tour operator decided to cut the queue at a sighting and then attempted to squeeze in front of us, so the stress levels begin to rise.

I feel like a chop watching it now, but when the adrenalin is going it’s another story.

One for the road

This one was risky, but this is a wild Bushpig and I was desperate to get a better pic with my little camera and 1m flash, so after a few Whiskeys I took a chance, but as the pig approached the Whiskey seemed to wear off and I ducked for cover.

Thanks for your support again guys
