You know what they say about the right time and right place. I have been looking for a leopard for ages now. My very first sighting. I nearly jumped out the truck and kissed him

I must give a bit of humour to this. The lady behind me ( a foreigner) spotted him first. She Shouts Cheeta!!!! I tought to myself, cheeta at night???

The leopard was flat on the ground next to the truck, right by my seat. I realised this can't be true and bob's your uncle I realise this is actually a leopard. I shout LEOPARD!!!! and the thing darts off into the bush........... No pics and we are all upset. A couple of minutes later we find him strolling alongside the road and then got to take pics.

My first ever Cheetah sighting was at night, way after sunset, near Twee Rivieren in Kgalagadi, walking at ease in the middle of the road than next to the truck.
U lacht en U heeft gelijk dat U lacht maar het is niet om mee te lachen
