 instead of a button "like" you can put, sometime a small word... it's always very appreciated from the writers :D

A sincere thank you to all that write Travel Tales. I'm still very new as a member of this wonderful interactive forum but have read a lot of the Travel Tales as a non member before. The writer not only wish you the reader were there (thus the longing) but take you along with the journey. And at the end another journey come to an end even though it was virtual but really real. Thanks!

The travel tales keeps my longing awake.

It is like listening to a song. They touch on memories. They are both close, yet removed. The distance reminds me that I am not there.

The closeness reminds me that more then anywhere else on earth, this is where I would choose to be.

This has motivated me to get on with my Bontebok report, just been hectically busy, but tomorrow......

A special thanks also to those who feel a bit nervous about their photography skills. This section is NOT a competition but an exposition of places others might like to visit, so post them pics please.

A Big thank you to all those Mites sitting in front of the Image to share all your Adventures, TR's and Stunning Pics with us.
We might not show or respond some times to what you expect from us....BUT i do not think that one person (Mite) can say that they don't enjoy it. You people make me green with envy.

I too, would like to add my thanks and appreciation to all the authors.

I have stopped taking books out of the library as the small amount of free time that I have for reading is filled with the fascinating tales of the trip reports.

I especially enjoy the personal touches and the photos of the people involved, their camp set ups and even their braai pics apart from the wonderful wildlife photos. It puts a human face to the name.

I LOVE READING TRIP REPORTS :gflower: :gflower: , because we are only able to visit the park once a year, the longing sometimes gets out of control and the best remedy for that is reading fellow Kruger lovers trip reports. While reading a trip report and looking at photos and sharing the writers experiences you actually feel like you are also experiencing what they are, after a trip report is finished I get the same longing feeling for the Kruger BUT then I move onto the next trip report and experience another Kruger trip. My favourite time of the day to read trip reports is first thing in the morning when the other 2 are still sleeping. I make a cup of tea and sit in front of the computer and go into my own little Kruger world. I have gained tons of knowledge about the park through reading trip reports, thank you to all the writers, :k :k :gflower: :gflower:
