It has been raining with out stop since yesterday morning at 04H30 when we arrived at Phalaborwa gate. Al the secondary roads are closed at Punda and Pafuri area. The Letaba, Shingwetzi and Levubu rivers are in flood. All the creeks (spruite) are in flood. There are big water puddles in the veld. I love it. Driving from river to river to see their water levels. Some of the smaller private camps I believe has been cut off from the outside world.

Not many animals. But have already seen Leopard, ellies, Buff's and servit. Egyptian goose in Hammerkop nest.

Will post pics alter.

Wow! Thanks Pieter Steyn for the pics! It'sjust amazing to see them flow,last time i saw them they were bone dry. Happy to read that you have arrived safely. Already leopard! Great stuff! Looking forward to meet you at Roodewal! Happy sightings :D
