Just testing photo posting - saw this one in KNP last year July. No face, but shows the markings quite beautifully

Superb sighting :thumbs_up: I always think Civit are all the wrong proportions short legs for body etc

Thanks for the nice comments! This was my first encounter with a civet and did indeed find him/her quite interesting and a bit out of proportion as you mentioned Shushin! :lol: I was intrigued by the beautiful markings though!

Thanks Philip1! Tamboti is exactly where this big guy visited us :D We were happily sitting next to the fire when he came walking past - thrilling experience!!
