I just want to take the opportunity to thank and congratulate Sanparks reservations and especially Bridget Bagley at the trails department. :clap:
We had booked the Lonely Bull trail for 5 September, unfortunately one of our group broke his leg this last weekend and we had to cancel his place. Since this was less than 30 days before we were scheduled to do the trail, we were told that we would probably lose the payment for the trail, however since it was a medical issue we should submit the medical information and they would review the case.But we received a new confirmation letter for the new smaller group size.
Yesterday one of the group managed to find another person to join our group and we were back to full compliment, but now needed to cancel the cancellation.
Not sure if this is a common occurence that Sanparks faces but despite initial skepticism as to their being able to ensure that we didn't have to pay again - Sanparks staff and especially Bridget made it happen - and politely and helpfully throughout!
After initially feeling deflated by the inability of one of our group to join us, we now feel upbeat and see this as a great start to our Kruger adventure. Hope to follow up with a TR.

I agree with Desert Dassie

The staff at the Fairie Glenn satellite office is very efficient, even if you change your booking. I was assisted by Ms D Steyn more than once and each interaction with her was good as she is customer focused :clap: :thumbs_up:
