Hi everyone,
I wanted to renew my membership but as we have a little one now , I must switch from "couple" to "family".
unfortunately , it's not possible online. Iv'e been asked to contact customer center with an online form.. They just gave this answer : to renew by phone or on arrival.
Problem is : a phonecall from europe is quite expensive. If they can do it through the phone, why not through email????

I'm not sure but I have a feeling its to do with financial regulation in South Africa and what constitutes a legally binding request for a debit from a card. Details on an email are not considered to be sufficient proof of ownership of a card.

You should be able to renew when you get to a your first park, providing its a SANPark and not in Cape Town.

how can it be a better proof with a phonecall than an email??
