Wildcard complaint: help needed

Dear all,

As an international traveller, I have a complaint about the wildcard. I already mailed 7 times to several sanparks adresses (a.o customer service and the admin manager) but none of them ever replied.

What can I do to get my complaint through or even get a normal reply.

I sent him a message a week ago on Friday
and had an answer by Tuesday. :thumbs_up:
