Same thing here Fee, I updated in October and received a confirmation letter. Yesterday I checked my details and 80% were gone. Redone it now and also have new confirmation letter. Has ANYBODY out there received a new wild card?

Confirmation letter is more than adequate, with ID. Card would be nice, though - more compact, less hassle.

Thanks Dreamer for the info on the non-delivery of the magazine. Will hope this happens after I renew this next September. Hopefully by then all the glitches are sorted and I get magazines and a new wildcard.

Somewhat bizarrely, I received TWO magazines recently to my UK address.... but still no wildcard...

Apparently I am now living in Haiti.

So I updated the details again.

No wonder nobody is receiving their cards if this kind of "mistakes" are made with everybody.

However. The Wild magazine gets send to the right address.

The Wild Card number is written on the e-mail Magazine too. Mess! Better check if the number is right

I don't understand why I must ask an Authorization Code in order to update my details? Presumption of malafede?

This system is a joke!!!! If I produced stuff like this I would be fired.

Just gone in to check/update my details. It displays no information other than post code for my postal address. I still have the original letter mailed when I renewed my card in December which shows the correct Postal address.
I updated my details and after requesting the print the system displayed the letter with my name and the postal address as just the post code. However I received an email containing the same letter, but with my correct postal address.
This probably explains why I have not received my new Wild Card 5 months after paying for it.
Do you think I will get my new card before I have to renew in December.

The letter has worked fine for Park Acccess up to now, but what will happen when the new benefits come into effect in June?

Did you click on the button for either sms or email. the checking lets it go through if you don't, but it does not do anything.

Just checked my details, message re authorisation code, checked my contact details and then promptly took me through the whole update programme - lets hope it worked

I received a phone call today from a very pleasant gent saying that my Wild Card, which I bought in November 2010, is ready and would I like to collect it or have it posted. I chose to have it posted. He told me it will be sent per registered post to address on record. He did not have my adress to hand so he asked me for it so that he could check it against their records.

Purchased my wild card Nov. 4, updated details the same day, got confirmations with the new no. - and I am still waiting for the wild card. By the way, despite of the confirmations regarding the purchase and update I got by email, the no. on the wild card enews from Monday is still the old one (from Infinity).

It would be interesting to get a hint from SanParks how long it will still last to dispatch the new cards.
