Yesterday evening I bought my WILD CARD on line.
They have taken off R560 from my Bank TWICE.. and the two letters have two different numbers . As far as I know I only did the transaction once. Any suggestions on what to do??? I will phone the Wild card Number in a few moments .

Have you phone the bank?? Did you make a print out of the transaction??

Luckily my Cell phone goes beep beep everytime a transaction is made and when it went twice I knew what had happened. Also they sent two letters via e-mail (two different numbers)and being on Internet banking we could see that the transaction had taken place within seconds of each other. But what about folk who dont have the cell phone thingy or rhe internet banking. It might take a few weeks to pick it up ... scary !!
Happened once to us on BAirways and it took about three months to get a payback .. ( couldn't they see the same person was booked twice .. !!)
