Wild Card

Unread postby Mant » Thu May 26, 2011 1:22 pm

Hi,

I heard from somebody that apparently pensioners get into the parks for free when you show your Wildcard? Could somebody tell me if what they were saying was true.

Thanks,

Samantha

Please read the Free Wild Card for over 70's thread and Joep Stevens' post Mant.
Currently the whole loyalty rewards are being considered including benefits to senior citizens. As soon as this has been completed we will announce these and this is anticipated by about middle of the year.

Hi Mant -

As far as I understand, pensioners have to buy a WildCard and if they are over 70 then the WildCard is valid for life.

All holders of WildCards get into the parks for free. (Once you have paid for a Wildcard that is)

Dear Mant,

Thank you for your question, but you possibly need to elaborate on what you wish to know?
Currently ANYBODY (not only pensioners) with a valid Wild Card is able to access relevant parks (conservation fee) for free.

KInd regards.

Hi Joep,

My Dad is turning 70 next year and I just wanted to know what happens with the Wild Card?

We have got one but it needs to be updated.

Thanks,

Samantha

Dear Samantha,

Thank you for clarity. We are reviewing the benefits on the new Wild Card programme and hope to announce these in a few months. We are considering loyalty benefits as well as certain target groups such as senior citizens. Until then annual Wild Card fees are payable for everybody.

If there are any further queries, please let me know.

Kind regards.
