 Post subject: Cannot get correct Wild Card

I phoned Wild card at Sanparks when I received the incorrect confirmation letter - 23rd October

I was told by Petro to be patience! I was told to phone back in 2 weeks when they have all info from Infinity.

Today I phoned - now 6 weeks later - and they still do not have info, and now I have to FAX all my credit card information through (of course I do not have a FAX machine at home) so now I have to find transport, go to the local Post Net - PAY to prove I renewed my card.

Then I have to phone back in a weeks time, hoping to goodness they received my fax and pray I get a new and correct confirmation letter.

The last lady I spoke to today, told me to forget any previous calls with them, and what went before :shock: So I suspect this will happen again and I will have to start at the beginning, for the 3rd time!

Perhaps the best solution is to throw my R450.00 card away that I renewed on the 1 October 2010 and start again!

Buy a completely new card and :pray: The Wild Card department start getting their act together in the near future?

The cost of calls to the premium call number "0861 go wild" is now very expensive and should cover the cost of a new card shortly...

I thought of a plan and decided to ignore all the negative publicity about Infinity and phoned them.

Spoke an EXTREMELY helpful guy Matthew who immediately called up my info, took a screen shot of the proof of renewal and emailed it to me within 5 minutes!

Now all I have to find out is an email address at SANParks to send it to??

The email I sent yesterday cannot be delivered, after 24 hours? Message delivery error - and I cannot find my "sent" email now.. :hmz:

Quite strange really? I cannot find that email ANYWHERE in my OUTBOX, INBOX - SENT BOX - DRAFT BOX?
