A Cape Mountain Zebra foal was born on Tuesday, July 19th, in the Cape of Good Hope Section of the Table Mountain National Park (TMNP). A foal was last born over 9 years ago and as a result; staff are monitoring the newcomer very carefully.

The Kruger National Park (KNP) in conjunction with Keystone State Boys choir (KSB) from USA will on the day hold a “happy birthday musical performance” to honour the life, of this international icon who has been an inspiration to many nations all over the world.

Temporary closure of GRNP’s Storms River Trail

Two rhino poachers were arrested in the Kruger National Park (KNP) by a combined SANParks, SANDF and SAPS operation on Friday the 3rd June, 2011, shortly after 2 white rhino were shot and killed and their horns removed in the Nwanedsi area of the KNP.
