Old Mutual donates R14 000 to HR’s PEAP

Recently Old Mutual donated R14 000 to the Honorary Rangers’ (HR’s) Public Education and Awareness Project (PEAP) displaying its commitment to nature conservation in South Africa.
At the cheque handover ceremony held at Old Mutual offices in Sandton, Old Mutual Foundation’s Nonhlanhla Gininda commended the Honorary Rangers for the sterling work that they are doing at South African National Parks (SANParks), adding that they would continue to support the efforts of Honorary Rangers and PEAP.
PEAP chairperson Alison Esterhuysen thanked Old Mutual on behalf of SANParks, Honorary Rangers and PEAP, saying that “in these tough economic times it was heartwarming to find institutes such as Old Mutual who would make funds available to ensure that our wildlife remain protected and a major draw card for tourists to our country”.
