In this enlarged map, it is clear that the Radisson Blu Safari Resort is placed within the buffer zone surrounding the tourist road that is zoned as low intensity leisure.
It is the surrounding carrying capacity of this zone that much of the debate around the size of the development is taking place.
In the management plan,There is no indication of the upper limit of the number of tourists or facilities. Further refined zoning is envisaged.
