Once again a great big “HELLO!” to all of you!
Nearly three months have passed since I last posted a story, and I think I owe you at least an update on what is currently transpiring.
At the moment I am still writing on the next story called “The Untamed”, was hoping to have finished it and started posting today, but because of the development in the characters as well as building a story around their growth I have found myself contemplating and working it out more than what I was writing.
The story is also turning out to be a bit longer than what my goal was, but since this will basically be the “start” of a new series in which Jeremy will be cast as the main character and Danny will be fading into the background, that particular aspect is taking up more space than originally planned.
A peculiarity that I have become much aware of lately is that, being a novelist, I also struggle to keep the stories short. In other words I am not really a short story writer and I keep on having the need or urge to describe things in detail. But I will work hard on this problem in future! Especially now that I’m lifting the characters from their previous roles, it should become fairly easy-going from here on to simply jump in and carry on with whichever story is on the go.
I want to ask you therefore to just bear with me this once more for the extensive drawn out “foundation laying” of all future stories.
If all goes well, “The Untamed” should start running on the 29th November 2010.
