Living My Dream – Day 1
After a very unrestfull night and driving for almost 9 hours we have arrived at Letaba!!!
From the gate to here, we did not see much apart from a few impala and 2 or 3 elephants. We checked in and found a spot close to the fence but behind the kitchen and a little walk to the ablutions.
SO wanted to do all to show me how it works, but I was “hardekop” (hard headed) telling him I have to learn how to do it…so a few bruises later, a sore shoulder, and a lot of grease on my hands, and a “little” help from SO the caravan is in place.
We decided not to put up the tent tonight, but just to unpack the necessary, have a braai and relax as we are both “finished”. Tomorrow we will finish of our stand “camping spot” and hopefully be ready to go for a late pm drive!
I have a bit of a problem with MTN connection, so Im connecting through my phone and the connection is very slow. I truly hope that tomorrow I can show you my campsite and some pics of the day!!
From a very peacefull and starry Letaba, until tomorrow.!!

Hi Martie!
Ek is so opgewonde vir jou part!
“Welkom terug in Suid-Afrika!
“My heart is afraid that it will have to suffer,” the boy told the alchemist one night as they looked up at the moonless sky.
“Tell your heart that the fear of suffering is worse than the suffering itself. And that no heart has ever suffered when it goes in search of its dreams, because every second of the search is a second’s encounter with God and with eternity.”
Mag jy ‘n wonderlike tyd beleef!
Sterkte en geniet elke oomblik!

Greetings Martie~
I am so sorry to hear your adventure did not get off to a good start. You may have already realized all these challenging events over the past few days are just life’s little way of prepping you for the adventure of a life time.
I recently made my first trip to Kwa Zulu Natal then Kruger last October. Two of the most memorable weeks ever experienced in my 47 years. I am now hooked, totally and completely. Cannot wait to get back!!
After reading your story this last Friday I am soooo very excited for you to live out this dream. Look forward to your pictures and stories. All the best to you – hope these challenges at the beginning are the worst you will have to endure over the next several months.
Keep well and ENJOY!
Michelle

Groete !

Ek het pas begin lees aan jou wonderlike ervaring; dit is fantasties dat jy jou droom so bewaarheid. Geniet elke oomblik;
